The XMind: ZEN program helps the user to fix his ideas, organize them into different diagrams, use these diagrams together with other users. XMind is often used for knowledge management, meetings, task management and time management. XMind is compatible with FreeMind.

To get started, you need to select a chart style, add as many items as you want and start adding tasks, each of which can be edited later. With a tree display panel, it’s easy to configure all the necessary settings. To highlight a task, there is a set of all kinds of asterisks, symbols, flags, smileys and numbers. You can assign a status to the task. You can add nested files and hyperlinks, there is a context menu and a built-in mini-browser, it is worth noting the possibility of exporting to different formats.
