Viper FTP (formerly known as ViaFTP) is a simple Mac OS X FTP client that allows you to easily access various remote servers to manage and transfer files.

With Viper FTP, you can quickly connect to FTP, SFTP, WebDAV and Amazon S3 server and upload, download and edit documents. In addition, Viper FTP allows you to connect to your YouTube account and easily upload videos.
The Viper FTP context menu provides access to numerous tools and features that allow you to open a selected file with the right application, open positions in a new window, do not duplicate, rename, delete or alias any given file, calculate the size of the directory, edit text based files with TextEdit, pack or unpack the archive and, make appropriate changes to files and folders, check the list of files, track connections, minimize folders and much more.
Moreover, Viper FTP allows you to share items using the Apple mail application. From the Remote Viper FTP menu, you can quickly connect or disconnect from the server, enter the FTP command, upload the selected item and change the type of transfer. In addition, ViperFTP allows you to change its appearance, files and group display folders, and show or hide hidden files and folders. ViperFTP allows you to select the application with which you want CSS or other file types to be opened, and you also have the ability to customize the alert system based on your preferences.
