IconJar review
Designed to make life a little easier for application developers and designers, IconJar is a lightweight and convenient icon organizer for your Mac.
If you’re a designer or just someone whose line of work involves working with icons (or glyphs), then you know how cumbersome it is to centrally manage all your icons. Saving icons in folders isn’t exactly ideal, especially if you have sets of icons with hundreds or thousands of them, but only with a few useful ones.
Iconjar – stores all your icons and provides flexibility and ease of use. You can browse or browse your icons with Quick Look or view them, mark them, search icons and export them. You can select icons by type (SVG, PDF, Font, GIF, PNG, WEBP or icns or by License Type). You can view icons of any size or color using the two graceful options in the upper right corner of the center column. Iconjar also has a fantastic export tool that contains presets for popular export types. For example, you can export the tabbed icon panel with a few simple clicks.
App has been especially optimized for applications like Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch. This will certainly increase the overall level of the workflow, as it allows you to drag and drop icons from IconJar directly into the editor you are working with.
