Launching the editor in the simplified mode, you will be greeted with a step-by-step wizard that will help you import video and photos, and select a visual style (Broadway, Original, Fast Motion, Slow Motion, etc.).
Besides, in this mode, you can also edit the video by adding background music, mixing audio tracks, adjusting video duration and more. There’s also a preview available to help you evaluate your work.
If you’re satisfied with the result, you can save it to your computer, burn it to a disc and upload it to the Internet. Otherwise, you can switch CyberLink PowerDirector to full mode to finalize your video.
By switching the video editor to full mode, you will get more advanced features at your disposal. In this mode, you can capture video from external devices to time line, insert objects to video, overlay visual special effects, add transition effects between scenes, overlay text, mix sound, record sound from microphone over video, add subtitles and chapters.
The video editor has an intuitive interface, does not overload your computer and is perfect for home use.
