Jetpack Joyride is your brave hero named Barry. He decided to sneak into the lab of an evil scientist who had gone mad and destroy the jetpacks he had created. After all, the evil genius wants to create an army, and this can not be allowed! So you will have to travel around the laboratory and not fall into the traps of the scientist, placed here and there. There are not so many weapons in your stock at first, but as you move forward and collect coins, you will be able to buy improvements for your backpack or something new at all. For example, a motorcycle on which the road and obstacles will be completely different… Well, good luck with your peacekeeping mission!
Jetpack Joyride review
Jetpack Joyride is a horizontal rander in which you have to control a character with a jetpack behind his back. The main character of the game is a character named Barry. He is a special agent and he is assigned an important task – to sneak into a well-protected territory and gain access to secret developments.
Your hero will move independently on the ground. If you press the screen, the satchel will immediately activate and we take to the air. This allows you to dodge shells flying at us, jump over electrical installations and simply bypass all kinds of obstacles. In this clever way you’ll be moving around the location, changing air to ground and vice versa. The game is infinite, there is no division into levels, and the main goal is to overcome the maximum distance.
Naturally, while moving you will come across not only traps, but also coins with nice enhancers. The latter allow you to get invulnerability, acceleration, magnet, attracting coins and more. The game is designed simply, there are a lot of locations and each brings something new to the game.

- Join Barry as he breaks in to a secret laboratory to commandeer the experimental jetpacks from the clutches of science evildoers. After lift-off, simply touch the screen to ascend and release to descend, raining bullets, bubbles, rainbows and lasers downwards as you fly towards higher and higher scores!
- You’ll start off with the legendary Machine Gun Jetpack to scatter the evil scientists of Legitimate Research, but throughout each game you’ll collect coins and complete missions to earn cash and buy new gear in The Stash! Pick your favorite jetpack, snazzy outfit and stock up on items then get back out there!
- Get a boost of speed and power using the Lil’ Stomper, Profit Bird and Crazy Freaking Teleporter, just a selection of the vehicles pickups available – all playable with one touch controls.
