BusyContacts

BusyContacts is a contact manager for OS X, which allows you to create, find and manage contacts in a faster and more efficient way.

BusyContacts brings the same capabilities, power, flexibility and sharing to contact management as BusyCal users in managing their calendars. What’s more, BusyContacts integrates with BusyCal to create flexible, easy-to-use CRM solutions that work the way you want. BusyContacts synchronizes with the built-in Contacts app on OS X and Microsoft Office and supports all leading cloud services including ICloud, Google, Exchange, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Features:

Customizable Viewing
Contacts can be displayed in two ways: a single column list view or a table view from multiple columns, which allows you to control the parameters by which the columns are displayed (e.g. company, name, email address, phone number, etc.) and the sorting order.

Tags
Tags are an extremely flexible way to manage contacts in BusyContacts. You can assign multiple tags to each contact and the tag cloud allows you to easily filter your contact list by tag (e.g. family, client, perspective, employee, etc.).

Smart Filters
Smart Filters are a powerful tool for filtering your contacts and creating saved requests that can be further applied with a single click. You can create smart filters to display contacts that meet certain conditions, such as a text string, tag, or birth date. You can create smart filters to “remember the display options”, such as the type of columns to be displayed and the sorting order.

Social integration
BusyContacts synchronizes with leading social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, allowing you to integrate contact information from multiple sources into a single contact card.

BusyCal integration
BusyContacts integrates with BusyCal, allowing you to link contacts with events and COPs in your calendar, providing flexible CRM capabilities for scheduling meetings, tracking tasks and tracking past activity.

Transaction list
The Activity List shows a chronological list of activities related to the selected contact, including meetings, cancellations and other calendar events, email and messaging notifications, and social networking messages.

Synchronize
BusyContacts synchronizes with all leading cloud services, including ICloud, Google, Exchange and other CardDAV servers, allowing you to synchronize contacts with other Macs working with BusyContacts or built-in Contacts on OS X, as well as iPhone and iPad via the built-in Contacts on IOS.

Split
BusyContacts allows you to exchange address books with other BusyContacts with read-only or read/write access rights. Address books can be synchronized using Exchange, Fruux, both on the local network and through other CardDAV servers that support exchange.
