However, the set of operations with files and folders is quite diverse. By default, three basic algorithms and 13 different methods are offered, including popular military standards, as well as, of course, the Gutman algorithm.
The utility has helpers for cleaning files and folders, Recycle Bin, free disk space and system files, which include temporary files, browser cache and cookies. Perhaps the functionality of File Shredder is not as wide as that of the other tools considered in our review, but the helpers make working with this utility much easier.
