The program is not designed to overlay effects or add objects to video sequences. Such features are available in video editors with an extended set of options – for example, VirtualDub, Avidemux, Video Master. In Video Cutter you will not even find the functions of slice bonding – this can be done by another software from the developer – Video Joiner. The advantage of the application is its simple interface, all the tools for solving the task are available in one window, and the optimal settings are already specified by default.
